Body Fix for a Soul Problem

Organisations restructure when they need purpose. Teams add process when they need trust. Leaders hire when they need clarity. The pattern repeats everywhere: treating symptoms at the wrong layer.

A team is underperforming. Management restructures. Performance does not improve.

A project is behind schedule. The response: add more stand-ups. The project falls further behind.

A company is losing talent. HR creates a new perks programme. Attrition accelerates.

The pattern is always the same. The intervention targets the visible layer (Body: structure, process, resources) when the failure originates in a deeper one (Soul: purpose, trust, identity).
