Klaus Kaan is a solo developer. He built a system where one AI agent writes code, a second reviews it adversarially, and a third arbitrates conflicts. He calls the adversarial layer “the immune system.”
He did not know about SPAR. He did not know about Nyk’s Council of High Intelligence. He arrived at the same architecture from a completely different starting point: 24 iterative commits to a single CLAUDE.md file.
Three independent systems. Three different domains (organizational theory, Solana development, solo engineering). Same structural conclusion: AI reasoning improves when you force disagreement before synthesis.
When three builders who have never spoken converge on the same architecture, the pattern is not a preference. It is a necessity.
