This is not a technical observation. It is a philosophical one. When we say an AI “chose” something, we are watching our own values replay through statistical machinery.
The AI does not have morality. It has a mirror. What you see in the output is not the machine’s character. It is yours.
If you do not like what the AI reflects, the fix is not in the model. It is in the training data. It is in you.
